Listvin is a content intelligence platform for creators. It connects to your YouTube account, analyses your channel and video performance data, and uses AI to generate structured content briefs, weekly analyses, and content ideas. By using Listvin you agree to these terms.
Listvin uses YouTube API Services. By using Listvin, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge that information Listvin obtains through YouTube API Services is handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, you must not connect your YouTube account or use Listvin.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the accuracy of the information you provide. You must not share your account with others or use Listvin to analyse channels you do not own or have explicit permission to access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or the terms of any connected platform.
You agree not to:
Listvin offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Content briefs and analysis generated by Listvin are produced by AI and are provided for informational purposes. They are not guarantees of performance. You retain full ownership of any content you create using Listvin's suggestions. We make no claim over your content or creative output.
We aim to keep Listvin available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, release updates, or temporarily suspend the service without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or service interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Listvin and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100 (whichever is greater).
You may stop using Listvin at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. On termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted, unless you request earlier deletion.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
